Option 1: EVAMATS e-Voucher

  1. Delivery: Once your order is completed and payment is confirmed, the PDF e-Voucher will be sent to your email address.
  2. Sharing: You can easily print it or send it electronically to the recipient. 📲
  3. Redemption: The recipient configures the products on the website. During checkout, simply enter the unique code in the "Discount code" field.

Option 2: Physical Gift Card

  1. Delivery: We send the card via your chosen courier. Each card is filled out and has an active code.

Returns and terms 🔄

Both e-Vouchers and physical cards are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are only possible provided that the unique code has not yet been used. Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and their value must be used in a single order.
