After production is completed, the mats are immediately handed over for shipping.
You can choose the priority processing option on the "Delivery and payment" page when selecting the delivery method. Express and Premium services are additionally paid.
🚗 We make every effort to ensure orders are processed as quickly as possible, however in case of an increased number of orders (season, promotions, holiday periods) processing time may be extended.

When will I get my order?

We cut and edge every set for your car only after you order. We count from the moment your payment is booked. Outside the holiday season we often ship noticeably faster. In a hurry? When choosing delivery you can pay extra for Express (7 days) or Premium (3 days).
Is the boot mat included in the set?
Only if you choose it. Every element is sold separately — driver’s mat, front, rear and boot mat — or you can pick the ready set Front + rear + boot. In 7-seat cars we can split the boot mat into 2 parts, so you can fold the third row without taking the mat out.
Will the mats fit my car?
Yes. We cut them for your car’s make, model and version — our library has over 3,400 templates — and we check the fit before production. If your car is not in the catalogue, place an individual order and we will prepare a new template.
What is the difference between 3D mats with and without raised edges?
The version with raised edges has a rim around the mat: it keeps water and mud on the mat and protects the side trim of the floor. The version without raised edges is flat and lies closer to the factory floor. The raised-edge version costs more.
Can I return or exchange the mats?
We make the mats to order for your car, so they cannot be returned without giving a reason. If they are faulty, do not fit or are damaged, file a complaint at reklamacje@evamats.pl — we will correct, repair or replace them.
Which colours can I choose?
You choose the colour of the material and of the edging separately — all available colours are in the configurator above, and the preview shows the combination straight away. Colours on screen are indicative and may differ slightly from the real ones.
What are the mats made of? Do they smell?
EVA foam (ethylene-vinyl acetate), about 10 mm thick. The cells on the surface trap water and sand — about 1 litre of dirt. The material does not give off odours, even in the heat.
Are the mats suitable for winter?
Yes, they are all-season mats. EVA withstands −50 °C to +50 °C and does not absorb water — snow, salt and mud stay in the cells of the mat, not in the carpet. Just take the mat out and shake it.
Will the mats slide around?
We fix them with plastic stoppers to the factory mounting points — we use over 30 types of fasteners matched to the model. We also sew hook-and-loop strips along the sides, which limit sliding. Do not put the mat on top of the factory mat.
What is the warranty and how long will the mats last?
You get a 12-month warranty from the delivery date, and regardless of it we are liable for non-conformity of the goods for 2 years. With normal use the mats last 5–7 years.
How do I clean EVA mats?
Take the mat out, shake it and wipe it with a damp cloth. Heavier dirt can be washed with a soft sponge and detergent or a pressure washer — without harsh chemicals. The material does not absorb water, so it does not need drying.
